Hefei City issued the "Policies to Support the Development of Headquarters Economy in Hefei City (Trial)" in August of this year and officially started the Headquarters Enterprise recognition process in September. This policy, with the idea of "optimizing the existing resources, expanding new resources, and enhancing quality," is designed to accelerate the development of the headquarters economy, support, cultivate, and attract enterprise headquarters, and create an important hub for the headquarters economy in the Yangtze River Delta.

After the preliminary review at the county level, joint review at the municipal level, and the final public announcement, Hefei Ziking Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was recognized as one of the first batch of Headquarters Enterprises in Hefei City.
