The Qinzhou Offshore Wind Power Industry Base (referred to as "Qinzhou Base") of Hefei Ziking Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. is located in the Qinzhou Port Economic Development Zone of Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone, with a planned area of 227000 square meters, a longitudinal depth of 760 meters, a dock shoreline length of 307 meters, and a depth of zero tide level -9 meters. It has the ability to rely on 100000 ton ships.
The overall planning and construction content of Qinzhou Base includes one main factory building, with a total of three spans (two spans for single pile workshop and one span for conduit frame workshop), with a single span length of 370 meters, a width of 54 meters, and a height of 39 meters. It is currently the largest heavy steel structure manufacturing workshop in China; Additionally, supporting facilities include a painting workshop (2 sprays and 2 coatings), a hazardous waste warehouse, office facilities, and a storage yard.
After the completion of the Qinzhou base, 8 single pile production lines and 5 jacket production lines will be formed, which can meet the manufacturing needs of wind power single piles and large unlimited height wind power conduit racks with a single unit capacity of 8-16 MW, weight of 2000-3500 tons, and a diameter of 5-15 meters. It is also compatible with the manufacturing tasks of related steel structure products such as floating foundations and offshore ranches.
